Hi, my name is Kelly Shaver. I’m a SAHM mom to a 5yo boy and a 2yo girl. I live with my husband and two kids in the Seattle suburbs.
I started this website to open an honest dialogue about parenting; to talk about the challenges and to let go of the guilt that surrounds parenting. I will always try to be honest while I share my thoughts about parenting and share some of myself through the crafting and cooking I do.
My husband and I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. In 2011, my husband got a job offer in Seattle and we decided to move. We love Seattle though we miss our friends and family in Chicago.
I worked for a local bank in Chicago for 11 years before we moved to Seattle. I have an extensive background in banking transactions, accounts, and commercial and consumer loans. In addition to this website I also have an Amazon storefront, which you can visit at bit.ly/ttxonline.
